Never had professional headshots before? Here’s what happens.
If you’re feeling a bit nervous, that’s totally normal. My job is to make you feel comfortable and guide you the whole way, so you’re never left wondering what to do.
Here’s exactly what will happen in your session:
- We’ll start with a quick chat about what you need the photos for (LinkedIn, a new role, your website, etc.).
- We’ll look through the outfits you’ve brought and choose what will photograph best.
- We’ll pick two background colours that work well with your outfits and the style you want.
- I’ll set up the lighting and take a few test shots, then I’ll show you the images so you can see how they look.
- We’ll start the shoot, and I’ll guide you through posing and expressions. I’ll show you photos throughout so you feel confident we’re getting great shots.
- We’ll change outfits and backgrounds as needed to give you a good variety.
During the shoot, I’ll show you the photos as we go, so you can see how they’re looking. If you want to tweak anything at any point (pose, expression, or angle), we can adjust it right away.
